DISPATCH & SHIPPING —
We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days. If you have an urgent request, please add a note to your order, and we will do our best to help.
We will send your order by Royal Mail, or when this isn’t possible, another other national/international courier (e.g. UPS, Parcelforce). All orders are sent using a tracked, signed for, or tracked and signed for service, depending on the service/s available to the shipping destination.

Estimated shipping times:
United Kingdom: 2 - 3 business days
Europe: 3 - 5 business days
Rest of the World: 6 - 7 business days
Please note these estimates are a guide only, and start from the despatch date.
Postage and packaging (P&P) charges are calculated based on item type, quantity and shipping destination. They are applied at the checkout stage of purchase, and cannot be changed.
Orders with more than one item may need to be dispatched in separate packages (e.g. a tube and a book mailer), each with separate shipping costs, which will be shown at checkout.
VAT, IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES —
[by]Build Shop is VAT registered, which means the prices displayed include VAT/ Taxes. Depending on your shipping destination and order value, VAT is then included or excluded at checkout, with further fees payable locally for customs clearance.
We are part of the IOSS scheme, which means orders below €150 for EU customers should see quick and easy customs clearance. Please see below for more info on taxes and customs.
For orders below €150 to countries within the European Union, all duties and VAT (taxes) are included at checkout. This means you should not have to pay any additional fees to receive your parcel.
For orders above €150 to countries within the European Union, and orders of any value to any other country, your checkout price excludes VAT/taxes. These are then calculated on import to your shipping destination, and you will be contacted directly by the carrier to arrange any fees due. Once payment is accepted, the parcel will be delivered to you.

Collection from our studio in Otley, West Yorkshire, will be shown at checkout if available. Once this option is selected, please call or email stockroom@bybuild.shop to arrange.
